Ciara De Keyzer is a modern figurative painter based in Ghent. She studied print making in the National College or Art and Design Ireland then went on to complete a masters in Illustration from Sint Lucas in 2018. Her work aims to combine realism with imaginative elements, creating a space that offers both a sense of reality and an escape from it. The characters in the work are created from instinct and immediate emotions, encouraging the viewer to create their own interpretation.
