We offer our first floor & outdoor space for rent for your pop-ups, intimate events, product launches, exhebitions & more. The complete space offers about 45m2, devided into three rooms and one technical/stock space. In addition, we have an outside space of about 20m2, which can also be used.
Our space is the perfect location for personal, small-scale events. Test your concept, launch a new product or run a temporary exhibition. Offering f&b is possible - be aware that our kitchenette is on the ground floor, not on the first floor, and is small and limited.

LOCATION & FACILITIES
We’re located in Onderbergen 51, 9000 Gent. Parking facilities “Kouter”, “Center” and “Sint-Michiels” are very close. Onderbergen is a bustling street, Situated in the historic city centre & very close to the main shopping axes.
The area “Linkeroever” contains the main art campus of the LUCA university, and is riddled with independant boutiques, hip restaurants, art stores and coffee shops. This neighbourhood is centrally located, preferred by locals and visited by value-seeking tourists.
