We offer our first floor & outdoor space for rent for your pop-ups, intimate events, product launches, exhibitions & more.
The complete space contains about 45m2.
In addition, we have an outside courtyard of about 30m2, which can also be used.
Murmur is the ideal location for small scale events, pop-ups & more. Test your concept, launch a new product or run a temporary exhibition. Our pricing model is flexible & allows for commission-based systems, collaborations & more.
ART & CULTURE
For artists & cultural efforts, we offer low rates, free rates or a fully risk-free commission model, depending on your fit & what you’re bringing to our building. Tell us what you need, & we’ll find a way!
As an indication, a regular exhibition rental costs €225/week without commission, or as little as €50/week with a commission model.

We’re located in Onderbergen 51, 9000 Gent.
Our area “Linkeroever” contains the main art campus of the LUCA university, and is riddled with boutiques, restaurants, art stores and coffee shops. This neighbourhood is, centrally located, preferred by locals and visited by value-seeking tourists.
